Use ParkNearby to find & share parking spaces in the UK. Search hundreds of free and
off peak parking spaces in London and save a few quid.
PLEASE NOTE - THIS APP WILL NOT WORK INDOORS. IT NEEDS A DIRECT GPS LINK TO LOCATE YOUR POSITION AND TO FIND CAR PARKING SPACES NEAR YOU.
We are currently working on an update for ParkNearby. This and other issue will be addressed in the next version. Apologies for the inconvenience.
You can also view the major private and council operated car parks in London.
Currently our map is limited to spaces in and around the city of London, but we are
expanding rapidly to the whole of UK. You can help by adding parking spaces you have
used recently.
Discover where these free spaces are and save yourself from getting ripped off. Our
database is live and updated daily from feeds, manual audits and most importantly
actual user feedback. If you find any errors or car parks which are not listed, let us know
and we’ll check it out.
Our coverage is currently across all the London boroughs. New parking spaces and car
parks are added every minute and there is no need to update the app to see these.
The app helps you find parking spaces near your current location using your devices
in built GPS. You can also search parking spaces near you destination by typing it into
the search tab. You can view all available types of parking on the map and make your
own choice. It can be a free, off peak, pay & display or private parking space depending
on your needs. You can also share the location of a parking space you recently used to
help others find parking.

Please make sure that GPS is ENABLED! Keep in mind it is highly unlikely that your
phone will get a good GPS signal inside any buildings, including a house or parking
garage. It's a limitation of GPS itself. In this case you can search locations manually.

- Once the ParkNearby is shown in the Google Play listing of your Android device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the Install button located below the search bar and to the right of the app icon.
- A pop-up window with the permissions required by ParkNearby will be shown. Click on Accept to continue the process.
- ParkNearby will be downloaded onto your device, displaying a progress. Once the download completes, the installation will start and you'll get a notification after the installation is finished.
